Heather Clarke-Peckerman is a Leadership Development Expert specializing in Executive Coaching and Management Training. For over two decades, she has helped leaders develop and refine the skills essential to meet their work demands while living a life that is congruent to their values.

Heather graduated with a Master's Degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and received a Certificate in Coaching from the Institute of Professional Excellence Coaching.

She is an avid hiker and loves to work out, volunteer, and spend time with her family and friends.

Christina has deep knowledge and experience stemming over 30 years of corporate experience leading small to large, national, and global people-centric organizational transformations.

As a Consultant, she has over 10 years as a PROSCI certified business and change mgt. consultant helping firms pivot and thrive during times of process, technology, and people organizational changes.

She is also the best-selling author of “The JOY of Losing Your JOB, HOPE Beyond Blood, Sweat, and Tears” and” Be the BOSS of YOU” (anticipated release 9/22)

Daniel Kefer joined the Stratengy team in 2021 and has helped provide technical support, learning and development forecasting, and administrative work. He is currently a Student at Colorado State University studying Real Estate and Finance with a potential minor in entrepreneurship.

He is planning to graduate in December 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a certificate in Investment Analysis and minor in Entrepreneurship.

He loves the outdoors.  His time outside of Stratengy consists of mountain biking, hiking, snowboarding, fishing, camping, and photography.

With a passion to help others, Dena spent the first several years of her career in human services. She quickly rose into management, helping adults with special needs reach higher potentials in their professional lives. This gave her hands-on training in a broad range of industries enabling her to assist business leaders and their teams as they learned how to work with a variety of personalities, needs and styles.  

Special skills include breaking through resistance, negotiating, public speaking, revealing blind spots, and bringing out the best in others. Topics commonly sought out for are change management, style flexing, performance management, strategic planning, communication, emotional intelligence, succession planning, executive presence, influence, moral building and more.

For more than 25 years, Sean Kearney has been obsessed with helping teams become "future ready" by applying emerging tech, behavioral engagement, and analytics to extend capabilities and drive results for many of the world's largest organizations (ranging from $30M to $100B in annual revenues).

Once called the “Tony Stark of Learning and Human Performance,” Sean’s work has also been featured in The New York Times, Wall Street Journal and Guardian UK. Sci-fi legend William Gibson once described some of his work as "cheap A.I."

Michele Voris is a US Marine Veteran, CEO of a 14-year Virtual Assistant Network and has a passion for educating adults.

She has a Bachelors in Organizational Management/Human Resources and Masters in Business Administration.

The #1 question she got as a Fortune 100 Corporate America Recruiter and Supply Chain Management Human Resources Manager was “How do I work from home?”

She wanted to work from home too as she had become the sickest person she knew. Stress was high and quality time with loved ones was low. So, she figured it out. 

Michele has worked virtually full-time owning and operating 2 profitable businesses since 2006 and is at choice of how she spends her days.
